Cackle TV is run by Justine Curgenven. Previously a TV journalist and multi-skilled programme maker, Justine now specializes in making travel and adventure programmes. She has developed a specialist waterproof minicam which can be mounted on any kayak to show you incredible action shots of watersports - her sea kayaking footage has to be seen to be believed.
