Shipping & Delivery

PAL orders are shipped from the UK. NTSC orders are shipped from Colorado, America. Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. UK orders are posted first class. Europe/ Australasia orders are shipped airmail. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales and a maximum of 14 days for international orders. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company‘s appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.

1. Cackle TV respect your privacy and will not sell or make available in any way your personal information except where you have consented for us to do so.

2. This statement sets out the principles governing our use of your data. By using the web site you agree to this use.

3. We may store your contact details when you make a purchase on the web site. We may use this information to contact you about future CackleTV products or news but we will not pass this information on to anyone else.

4. If you wish to be removed from any list we may have, you can email justine@cackletv.com. Any newsletter we sent to you will have an option to 'unsubscribe'

5. Our site does link to other web sites and we are not responsible for their data policies or procedures or their content.

6. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data including the use of encryption technology, but cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security implications of sending information on-line over the internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless we have been negligent or in wilful default.

7. We may disclose your data if we are either compelled to do so by law, or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by a law enforcement or governmental authority.

8. You have the right to receive information about the personal information the publisher maintains on you. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect, please do contact us.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Cackle TV and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please contact us by email or post. You can send the product back to us together with the products original packaging and labelling within 14 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please give details of the fault and send it back to us together with the item with its original packaging, where possible, within 14 days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. If you are in any doubt, please contact us.
