You will be sent an email with the unique code for your download. If you don’t see an email within 10 minutes, please check your junk mail for an email from E-junkie (the host of our downloads). You usually have 48 hours to download the file. If it doesn’t work the first time then you have 5 more attempts before the link will become invalid.

You don’t need any special software to download a film but you will need a fast and reliable internet connection, a reasonably fast computer with a recent version of the QuickTime movie player or another movie player like Mac mediaplayer or VLC. You will also need enough disc space available to store the file. A 10 minute film will need about  300MB and a 30 minute film will need about 1GB of space.

If you wish to view the video on a mobile device such as an iPad/iPhone, please download to a computer first then add the video to iTunes to sync to your device. If you try to download to an iPad directly, unfortuantely the download will not be saved (due to Apple’s proprietary software).

The format of the films is: Quicktime .mov file encoded with H.264 codec.
